Education
Coach Sean holds a Master’s degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science with a concentration in Coaching and Athletic Performance. His education blends sports science with practical coaching experience, so every session is grounded in intention, not just intensity.

Experience
Coach Sean has worked with athletes and everyday clients ages 7 to 75+, across a wide range of goals, backgrounds, and abilities. His experience spans every level from grade school to collegiate sports and includes basketball, baseball, tennis, soccer, football, lacrosse, volleyball, wrestling, golf, gymnastics, endurance sports, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and bodybuilding.

Leadership
As a former U.S. Army Captain, Coach Sean understands the role fitness plays in both performance and confidence. He brings a leadership style grounded in clarity, consistency, and helping people show up stronger, both physically and mentally, when it counts the most.
